We have a great lineup of speakers!

As the 2018 season winds down, it is time to take in some new info and work towards improving our operations for the coming season.  With that in mind we have 3 great speakers coming to show us what we can do to improve in areas of customer service, staff training, and club benchmarking.  Also what programs are being promoted in the world of golf in 2019!

So plan to attend and plan to take home some great information for you to put into place over the off-season. This event is open to you, your key staff, GM, Pro, Superintendent, Marketing and Event staff, your business partner, interested family.   And keep in mind, if your club is an NEGCOA member- then your staff, family, and guests are considered members.


Join us on Tuesday from 3:00 to 5:30 for a fantastic workshop with Whitney Reid Pennell from RCS Hospitality Group.  Whitney will be presenting:

"Understanding and Managing the Customer Journey" - From the moment a customer drives onto your property until the time they return to their car - their experience has myriad "moments of truth" and touch points to make a memorable moment.  Learn how to view the customer through his/her eyes. Be able to identify critical service standards throughout the customer's journey.

This workshop will is free to NEGCOA members and their staff.  $20 for non-members, $40 for vendors.

Following the workshop, from 5:30-8:00 join us for Cocktails and Connections.  A great chance to chat with all of our presenters, other attendees, friends, and vendors. Sponsored by TeeSnap and Country Club Enterprises.

Staff Training Best Practices

This event is a great opportunity for you to meet with fellow owners, operators, vendors, and allied organizations as we turn our attention to the off-season and the upcoming 2019 season.  This event is open to owners, operators, general managers, golf professionals, superintendents, marketing staff, social media staff, family, and friends.

PGA members can earn 3 MSR hours by attending.

CMAA members can earn 3 Allied Association Credits by attending.
